What Loopbase provides
Loopbase provides customer identity and intelligence infrastructure to payment acquirers, payment service providers, and independent sales organisations. Loopbase does not process payments, hold funds, or participate in the authorisation or settlement of transactions.
Loopbase does not offer self-service registration, and no product access is granted through this Site.
No commercial agreement is formed here
The Site is provided for information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a quotation, a commitment to provide services, or the formation of any contract.
Access to Loopbase services is granted exclusively under a separately executed master services agreement. Where any statement on this Site conflicts with the terms of an executed agreement, the executed agreement governs in full.
Descriptions of features, capabilities, integration timelines, and commercial structures on this Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. They do not constitute warranties or representations.
Product platforms
Access to the Loopbase merchant portal, partner console, and consumer wallet services is governed by the agreement between Loopbase and the relevant acquirer, and by the terms presented at the point of access to those platforms. These Website Terms of Use do not grant any right of access to those platforms.
Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Site
Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting information through the Site
Information you submit
If you contact Loopbase or submit information through a form on this Site, you consent to Loopbase using that information to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about its services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential information, personal data belonging to third parties, cardholder data, or any regulated data through this Site.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language shall be English.
